SKIPPING

Room 4 has been outside skipping every morning.
Skipping is a fun fitness too.
There are many ways of skipping.
There are normal,backwards,double rope,criss cross and buddy skipping.
Room 4 does skipping in the hall,on the court or outside room 4. By Liam and Alex B

Skipping is a great way to keep fit. There are some neat songs and games you can play while skipping. I used to play lots of skipping games when I was your age.
What other fitness activities do you do?
