Families Day On Thursday it was Families Day. In the morning some parents came to our classrooms and then we were in groups to do a technology challenge. We had to build a tower out of newspaper over a metre high and it had to hold a cup of water. At lunchtime we got free sausages. Then we had a long lunchtime. After that we played a game of ripper rugby against the adults. It was 5 , 4 the children won and the adults lost! Then Mr Robinson rang the bell so everyone came and sat in front of him to see what we were going to do. He told us that we had to go to different Rotations, there were all sorts of games. At the end we had a raffle draw to win a rugby ball signed by Danial Carter. Shenay's Mum won it. By Sam Schmack and Tori Dellaca.

Problem sorted!!

We are now back on the Internet in our classroom so we can restart our Blog comments!! This term we are looking at rubbish and how we can reduce, recycle and reuse it, especially Plastic. We are practising for Singalong at Ellesmere College later in the term. Room 4 and Room 5 will go to it. Next Thursday we have a Families Day at school and the parents are coming not to watch us but to join in some activities. There will be a sausage sizzle at lunchtime. We hope everyone had a great holiday!!
